At ElektroPanel, we adopt the protection of personal data and respect for the privacy of individuals as a fundamental principle within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”) and related legislation. Accordingly, we are committed to adhering to the following principles in the processing of personal data.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Subject

Data subjects have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data):
– To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
– Request information regarding processing, if applicable.,
– To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is being used in accordance with those purposes,
– Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, whether domestically or internationally,
– Requesting corrections if they are incomplete or incorrectly processed,
– Requesting the deletion or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law),
– Requesting that the transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
– The right to object to an unfavorable outcome resulting solely from the analysis of processed data through automated systems.,
– The right to claim compensation for damages incurred due to an unlawful act.

7. Data Security

We take the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect personal data and prevent data breaches by continuously updating our security measures.

8. Data Transfer

Personal data may only be transferred to third parties in accordance with legal requirements or explicit consent, and with the necessary security measures in place.

9. Employee and Stakeholder Awareness

Our employees and business partners are informed about their responsibilities under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and are equipped with the necessary awareness for the protection of personal data.
